• Leasing? Have your office space or building inspected. You can have the lessor make any necessary repairs before you move in. You will also have documentation of the building condition when you moved in as a reference to its condition when you move out.
• Buying? Be Informed. Get an impartial evaluation done on the office or building you want and gain a better understanding of its condition before you buy.

New Construction

I inspect your home while it is being built and provide you with information on any issues that the builder may not be aware of. I provide you with documentation that we can present to the builder and have corrections made - before its too late.

• Phase Inspection - I inspect the home construction during one or more phases.
• Intermediate or Mid-Construction Inspection - I inspect your home before the sheetrock is put in place (also known as a Dry-In Inspection).
• Final Walk Through Inspection - I inspect your home the same day you will be walking through with the builder. I provide you with documentation of any issues I find needing to be addressed with the builder, saving you time during your walk through. This gives you more time to address any cosmetic issues that you may find with the builder.

Builders Warranty Inspection

Also called an 11th Month Warranty Inspection - I inspect your home while it is still under the builders warranty. I will point out to you any issues I find and provide you a report that you can present to the builder so that the bulider can make the needed repairs.

Rental Property Inspection

If you plan to rent a single family residence, a condo or apartment you will probably have to post a security deposit. A property inspection provides you a condition report of the property before or after you lease.

Maintenance and Safety Inspections 

Swimming Pool Inspection

• If you own a pool and want to know more about its condition. I inspect your pool and provide you recommendations for safety, maintenance, service or repairs.
• Are you planning to buy a home that has a pool? I inspect the pool and include in your report any deficiencies I find. This gives you documentation you need to negotiate remedies with the seller.

Roof Inspection

Your roof is your home's umbrella. If it leaks, the water erodes your home. Take care of your investment. I Inspect your roof to give you a better understanding of its condtion and provide you recommendations for service, repair and maintenance.

Electrical Inspection

Electrical hazards can be fatal. I inspect your electric service panel and any distribution panels and provide you with information and recommendations on any deficiencies I find. This helps you keep you and your loved ones safe.
